What kind of training does ARCOM provide?
ARCOM offers the MasterSpec Academy, a continuing education and training program offered to users, including:
- Free phone support
- Web software training every 1st, 2nd, and 3rd Wednesdays of the month
- Two- to three-hour seminars held in various cities throughout the U.S.
- Power-User Workshops held regularly in the Utah and Virginia offices and occasionally in other cities, at $200 a day or $110/half day
- Custom training in your office for a fee + travel expenses

What continuing education programs does ARCOM offer, and what do they cost?
ARCOM offers licensed users a number of opportunities to earn AIA, CSI, or ASLA continuing education through the MasterSpec Academy program. These opportunities for licensed users include:
- FREE Independent Study Program — Earning AIA, CSI, and ASLA credits by reviewing specification sections and supporting documents provided with each MasterSpec update. Those wanting AIA credit are required to take and pass a test (80%) to earn credit (one learning unit per section/test, HSW eligible).
- Power-User Workshops — Earning AIA and ASLA credits by attending in-depth, hands-on training provided throughout the year in ARCOM's Salt Lake City, UT or Alexandria, VA offices as well as in conjunction with major industry conventions.
- Custom Training — Earning AIA and ASLA credit via tailored, on-site MasterSpec seminars developed specifically for a firm.
